RECOMMENDED USE
Adults: 1 serving (2 tablespoons of 2.5g of powder per day).
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. A balanced diet and proper lifestyle is important for the functioning of the human body. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
METHOD
Pour 1 serving (2 teaspoons of powder 2.5g each) into water or your favorite smoothie. Mix thoroughly. You can use a milk frothing stirrer or a shaker for a better effect.

Can Detox & Glow be consumed warm?
You can. However, it is not recommended to make tea based on it, as the high temperature of the water may reduce the effectiveness of the herbal extracts contained in the mixture.
Where do the ingredients in the mix come from?
All ingredients come from certified organic farming located in Polish.
Can I take more than the recommended dose?
The ingredients of the mixture are not considered dangerous, but a large part of them has diuretic properties. Diuretics should not be used in excess, so we advise against exceeding the doses we have established.
Can the product be consumed by children?
The supplement should not be used by children. However, if a parent wants to give their child a supplement, please contact your family doctor and make sure that in his opinion the product can be given to your child.
