INGREDIENTS

RECOMMENDED USE

Depending on your needs during the day or after a heavy meal. Up to 2 times a day.

METHOD

Pour a glass (approx. 200 ml) of hot water over the tea and leave to infuse for approx. 10-15 minutes. If you prefer a cooler drink, try throwing a few sachets into a bottle, pouring cold water over it, and letting it sit in the fridge overnight. This way, you will get a nice cold brew to drink during the day.
